Except for site and worldwide licenses, you need as many licenses as you have developers working with SPG (i.e. calling the SPG API). You don't need any license for build machines or for developers who don't call the SPG API inside a project using SPG.

Note 1: Licenses with and without source code can't be mixed. At any moment, you can only have one active subscription with sources or without sources, not both.
Note 2: You should purchase the sources if:
- Your want a good understanding of the framework.
- You want to customize the sources and/or extend the framework.
- You want to receive quick fixes like "change this to that in this file at line N".
- You want to debug in non obfuscated code.
- You simply feel more comfortable with the sources at hand, just in case...
Note 3: The renewal prices mentioned above are valid while a subscription is still active or has expired for one month. After this grace period, a late fee is applied (equal to one third of the renewal price per inactive year).
